Event: The Book Stops Here 7/2/11
I’m delighted to say that I have been invited to give a reading at the next coming-together of The Book Stops Here, a monthly ‘literary party night’ in London’s Soho.
The event takes place on Monday 7 February at 7.30pm, downstairs at the Alley Cat bar (4 Denmark Street, Soho WC2H 8LP). Aside from your own bar tab, it’s totally free to attend.
Amy Sackville, author of The Still Point (which won the John Llewellyn Rhys prize) will be there, as will Russ Litten, whose book Scream If You Want to Go Faster was described by John Niven as ‘ambitious and mesmerising . . . and heartbreakingly funny’.
