This website is about me and, more importantly, the books I’ve written.

The Child Who, my new novel, is out now in the UK and will be published in March in the US. ‘Excellent’, said The Times. And, according to the Daily Mail, it ‘confirms [my] place at the literary top table’.

The Facility is available in paperback in the UK and was described by the Daily Express as ‘unputdownable . . . The Facility nails the reader’s attention from the off’.

Rupture (or, in the US, A Thousand Cuts) is also out now in paperback. It won a Betty Trask Award and was described by The Times as ‘absorbing, convincing and truly frightening’ and by The New York Times as ‘electrifying’ – which was nice of them.
